आप पैसे-पैसे के लिए परेशान हैं। एक-एक रुपये जोड़ कर चल रहे हैं। एकाएक विदेश से एक ई मेल आपके पास आती है। लिखा है कि आपके नाम करोड़ों की लॉटरी लगी है। ईमेल देख आपकी आंखों की नींद उड़ जाती है। आपके मुंह से निकलता है-अहा! करोड़पति हो गए…ईमेल के अनुसार-आप अपना नाम, पता, मोबाइल नंबर और बैंक का एकाउंट अविलंब भेजें ताकि आपके नाम से तुरंत पैसा ट्रांसफर किया जा सके। आपने फौरन सारी सूचनाएं भेज दीं और पैसा आने का इंतजार करते रहे। जिस देश से ईमेल भेजी गई थी, वहां जानकारी के लिए आपने मेल भेजी कि अब तक पैसा बैंक में नहीं आया। कोई जवाब नहीं-आप सन्नाटे में? करोड़ों रुपये के लालच में आपने इस बात की चर्चा भी किसी से नहीं की। इस दौरान आप बैंक से पैसे निकालने गए। आपके बैंक एकाउंट से पैसे गायब। अब आप पहुंचते हैं पुलिस के पास। पुलिस भी हैरान-परेशान, क्योंकि इस साइबर क्राइम से निपटना आसान नहीं है। जी हां, साइबर क्राइम इस हद तक हावी हो चुका है, जिससे निपटना आसान नहीं है। फर्जी ईमेल बनाना और उससे लोगों को तंग करना आम बात हो गई है। साइबर क्राइम में लगे लोग साधारण नहीं है। ये विश्वास दिलाने के लिए ऑनलाइन बात भी करते हैं। यहां तक कि टेलीफोन नंबर भी देते है ताकि आपको पूरा विश्वास हो जाए। कुछ बुद्धिजीवियों ने ऑनलाइन बात की। विश्वास दिलाने के लिए इस गिरोह के लोगों ने झू्ठा चेक बनाकर भी ईमेल पर भेजा। तहकीकात में यह फर्जी निकला। इस तरह के मामले भारत में खूब देखने को मिल रहे हैं। भारत सरकार ने अविलंब इस मामले को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया तो आने वाले समय में हजारों लोग इसके शिकार होंगे। यदि विदेश में यदि कोई लॉटरी लगती है तो सबसे पहले इसकी सूचना भारत सरकार के मंत्रालय को होगी। इसके पश्चात वह सूचना आपके पास आएगी। कोई कंपनी यूं ही पैसे क्यों देगीï? यह सबके लिए विचारणीय है। एक फर्जी ईमेल किस तरह आती है-हूबहू यह मेल इस लेख में डाल रहा हूं।
